Edita Matić is the founder and partner in our Law Firm, as well as in its legal predecessor, with more than 29 years of experience in advising and representing domestic and foreign clients in the area of corporate law, public and private takeovers, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), split-up of companies, restructuring, squeeze out of minority shareholders, delisting securities from a regulated market, prebankruptcy and bankruptcy procedures, banking and financial law, capital market law, employment law, proceedings before the regulatory authorities, as well as the corporate and commercial dispute resolution and other civil and non-civil procedures and administrative disputes. After an internship at the court, Edita started her career as a lawyer in 1996 together with her colleague and mentor attorney at law Tin Dolički, who left a significant and persistent mark on the overall legal profession. Edita became a partner in the legal predecessor of our Law Firm in 2001.
