Jana Štrangarević is a partner and lawyer in our Law Firm, with over 18 years of experience in advising and representing domestic and international clients.
Jana’s expertise includes advising and representing clients in matters of civil law, employment law, pre-bankruptcy, bankruptcy and restructuring, enforcement and insurance proceedings, court and out-of-court proceedings and administrative disputes. Jana’s experience relates specifically to cases and issues of market competition, notifications of intended concentration, unfair trading practices, protection of intellectual property rights, real estate matters, complex civil cases. As a lawyer, she participates in the international takeover, merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions, divisions of companies, advises clients in company incorporation procedures and various statutory matters.
After graduating from the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, she is continuously gaining the experience in the legal profession.
